Spring/Summer Tenant Maintenance Responsibilities

Lawn and Yard

As per the Bylaws, Lawns must be mowed on a regular basis. The Yard, front and back, MUST be kept clean and tidy, including the garbage area. 

It is your responsibility to remove no longer required items. Check with your community waste management department for information on the proper disposal methods.

Windows and Doors

With our weather being very unpredictable, please ensure that your Windows and storm doors are closed properly when leaving your home. This will prevent water damage and help keep pests out.

Furnace Filters

Check filters once a month, and change them if necessary to the proper size.
